Trinity Dance Community Show

The event is an amazing opportunity for the community to come together in a non-competitive environment, allowing participants to perform on a theatre stage whether they have dance experience or not. The idea is that the show is about welcoming as many people and ideas together, opening up those connections in the dance world and inspiring children to continue with more dance inside or outside of school. From costumes, to props, lighting, special effects and a sold out audience the event creates many special memories for the children taking part and has now become the biggest part of the Trinity Dance calendar.

In the lead up to the event, many schools choose to book and work with Trinity Dance who come in weekly to prepare a routine for the event. For some schools, they choose to work on their own with a teacher or connection at their school and are still welcome to attend the event. The event was in its first year in 2024 and was such a huge success that the show sold out in less than an hour. There were twenty-four performances from sixteen groups who performed to a sold out auditorium at The Stag Theatre, Sevenoaks. Going forward the event has now moved to The Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells which can accommodate an audience of nearly one thousand people.
