Previously held at the Leigh Academy in Tonbridge, the event has been incredibly popular with schools and has had a positive impact on the students who have participated, boosting the popularity of the sport in the area.

The competition is judged by the head coaches of Hillview School for Girls ‘Hillstars’. The groups are awarded marks for their execution, musicality and variety of tricks using tumbling and stunts to perform their routine. Out of the 16 attending schools, trophies are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd position as well as a Sportsmanship Award to the group who supported and encouraged other schools the best. As the event is about encouraging participation and building confidence, everyone will leave the competition with a certificate and medal.

Alongside organising the event, Trinity Dance is available to work with your school to enter into the competition. Often schools book Trinity Dance for a cheerleading extra-curricular club and use the opportunity to enter the event. In March 2024, schools that worked with Trinity were awarded 1st, 3rd, 4th place as well as the Sportsmanship Award!
